I first engaged Simply Done to help with spreading mulch. Later they helped with transportation a time or two. Eventually I set up a weekly schedule for weekly socialization (and a walk!) for a parent with dementia. In each case they were reliable, professional and effective. I highly recommend!

You know that stuff that piles up and you look past it because you’re not sure what to do with it? In my case, it was a large and expensive set of Christmas figurine collectibles that were gifts. Years passed and they never came out of their bulky, styrofoam boxes; they just were not practical in a house full of young boys. I knew of the work that Karen did so one day I emailed and asked her if she would be up for selling these sets. She picked up everything — and I’m not exaggerating when I say this stuff filled her entire suv — and efficiently got down to the business of researching the pieces. She joined the appropriate Facebook pages, researched sites, and spoke with collectors. She used all this information to accurately price each piece for sale and package sets where it made sense. She packaged and shipped items, keeping me updated as she made sales and the money arrived in my Venmo and PayPal accounts. She provided a full and transparent accounting of sales and her fees. There were a lot of pieces and they were seasonal so this took months but Karen kept up with the task until all were sold and my bank account was $2k+ higher. I could never have accomplished this on my own, the boxes would have continued to sit in my basement gathering dust. If you have stuff in your space you do not know what to do with, call Karen. You will not regret it!

I have used Simply Done for a variety of tasks over the last year and a half. They are prompt, professional, proactive and competent! They have handled everything from cleaning to house checks on a property out of state. I rest easy knowing Simply Done is on the job. They are Simply great!

Simply Done has helped me with a wide variety of tasks that I was either putting off or just didn't have the time to get to. A couple of notable examples include: returning an unused (but still being paid for!) cable box to Comcast that had been sitting around for months, and bringing a forgotten musical instrument to school on a day when I wasn't feeling well. I called Simply Done to assist with painting the walls in our newly installed kitchen. Within a few days my appointment was scheduled, the walls were prepped, and the painting job was complete! The team provided their own drop cloths, painter's tape and other needed supplies! They could not have made the they simply saved us several hours of work and we are thrilled with the results!

We were getting ready to leave on vacation & our washing machine broke down. I called Simply Done and not only did they have a great recommendation of where to purchase it from but they offered to be here for delivery so we didn’t have to take time off from work. Within 24hrs we had a new washer machine in place and it was Simply Done! Best service ever!
